Counselling varies for each individual and, dependant on your needs, therapy may last for a number of weeks, months or years. The length of therapy will be discussed and reviewed regularly.

Whether short-term or long-term, counselling sessions are 1 hour and held face-to-face on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Fee : £50 per session
